Before Buying

How much will it cost to ship to my address?

Our shopping cart allows you to get a shipping quote for your address before finalizing your order. So you will know exactly what you will be charged for shipping before you buy. 

To get the shipping cost for you order follow the steps below:

Once you have selected your items and are ready to order….

  • Go to your shopping cart 
  • Click the “Check Out” button 
  • Fill out the “Customer Information” and “Shipping Address” sections 
  • Then click the “Continue to Shipping Method” button 
  • You will then be given the shipping cost for your exact address
  • If everything looks good you can proceed with placing your order 🙂

We accept PayPal, Bitcoin, and the following credit cards:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries in the world. You can calculate the costs of shipping on the Cart page. 

For international orders shipping can take an additional 1-2+ weeks depending on the destination.

We usually use USPS Priority International, which is a bit pricier than average, due to the fact that numerous packages have gotten lost in transit when sent via First Class International. 

Keep in mind that once the package leaves the United States the tracking number may not update.

Important note:

You MAY be charged a customs/excise tax, depending on the country in which you reside

What materials are your products made of?

Most of our apparel is made with 100% cotton, and feels very soft and comfy. Specifications can be found within the description of each product.

Post-Order

I’m an international customer where is my package?

For international orders shipping can take an additional 1-2+ weeks depending on the destination. 

Tracking:

Tracking number can take 24-48 hours to update. 

Keep in mind that once the package leaves the United States the tracking number may not update. Also, when a package leaves our warehouse we no longer have control over it. So the fastest way to get accurate and up to date information about your package is to call the carrier or your local post office. We are more then happy to assist you with any shipping issue.

If you are an international customer and your tracking number says “delivered” but you never received your package please contact your local post or customs office as soon as possible.  

Certain countries charge duty fees, to their citizens, for importing foreign goods. Sometimes they hold packages for pick up if a fee has been applied. For whatever reason when this occurs they often mark the tracking number as delivered. Even though they are still holding it. (This tends to occur most often in the UK)

How long does it take to get my order?

Usually it takes an average of 1-2 business days to prepare your order and send it out. After that, delivery to an address in the U.S. will take another 3-5 business days. International deliveries will take 1-2 weeks. But depending on the destination country international orders can take 2+ weeks to arrive.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-hours for the tracking information to update.

If you’ve ordered already and have not received your order yet, we apologize in advance! Sometimes there are delays with printing. Just message us to inquire about your order, or login on our website.

Can I check the status of my order?

If you created an account when you checked out, you can login to your Euphorix Apparel Store account. Your package is either “Processing” (not yet shipped out) or “Completed” (has been shipped). 

If you used guest checkout, use the help tab at the bottom-right of this page to ask us about your order

You’ll be sent a confirmation email along with a tracking number as soon as your order has been sent out. Sometimes the tracking number doesn’t have a status at first because it hasn’t been updated yet. Wait 24 hours for USPS to update the tracking information and then check again. 

Returns/exchanges?

You can absolutely exchange or return something as long as it hasn’t been worn out yet. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us in advance before mailing the products back.

After you’ve sent it out, please email the same information to hello[at]euphorixapparel[dot]com so we can expect your package.

Once we receive your package, we will initiate a refund OR send back a replacement, depending on your request. 

Refunds

Your funds will be deposited to the same account that you used to pay for your order.

  • Paypal – the funds will be back in your account immediately after we process it.
  • Debit/Credit Card – It’ll take 3-5 business days for your bank to process the deposit.
